Shipping policy

All Orders receive before 1:00pm PST will be shipped out the same day.  For rushed orders there will be 2nd day and next day shipping options at the check out.  Your order is important to us, which is why we make sure that your order is quickly processed and safely delivered to your doorstep.

Undelivered, Missing and Damaged Packages

Lost, Stolen and Damaged Packages

Please report lost, stolen or damaged packages to our Customer Service: eBeautySkinUSA@gmail.com immediately so we can begin investigating the issue. Lost, stolen or damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days of the shipment's estimated delivery date.

When reported damaged packages, photos showing damage to the shipping box will be requested at the request of the shipping courier.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If for some reason your package is refused or undeliverable, you will be charged a $15 fee for USPS packages. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
